ACTUM Digital Extends Successful Partnership with BILLA
ACTUM Digital and BILLA are strengthening their strategic partnership in digital solutions and content management. The successful two-year collaboration, which has led to significant improvements in time-to-market and customer satisfaction, continues to deliver innovative solutions in the digital space.

Throughout the partnership, ACTUM Digital has demonstrated its expertise in managing two websites and two applications, with the team dedicating over 3,800 hours to content creation and resolving more than 1,100 requests through the JIRA system. The focus on web accessibility and user experience optimization has brought measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
Key achievements include the development of custom technical solutions. A notable example is the free delivery script for the shopping cart, which was so successful that it was implemented by BILLA Austria. The team also successfully completed the challenging migration of Gusto Academy to Kontent.ai, transferring nearly 900 recipes in just three weeks, resulting in significant cost savings.
In data analytics, ACTUM Digital helped build three out of five advanced dashboards on the BIRST platform, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making across BILLA's operations.
