Junior Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience, eager to define and tackle client challenges across various industries. This role will focus on applying standard workshop practices, such as design thinking and customer journey mapping, to identify areas of improvement and devise strategic solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client issues and objectives in diverse industries.
• Facilitate and conduct workshops utilizing design thinking and customer journey mapping to gather insights and define client challenges.
• Analyze and identify improvement opportunities within business domains and specific components, including applications.
• Develop strategic plans to implement initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
• Design target architectures and provide technology recommendations that support business objectives and digital transformation efforts.
• Engage directly with clients, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.

What we expect:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in consulting, technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 or similar consultancy firm is beneficial.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation.
• Basic understanding of digital technologies, and architecture principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
