The renowned research and advisory firm Gartner regularly publishes the so-called Magic Quadrant, which evaluates relevant DXP solutions in the market. This year, three services ranked in the "Leaders" category, with the highest-rated one being Optimizely.

Powering top tier commerce solutions

Optimizely is one of the four solutions that ACTUM Digital offers its clients. Gartner ranked this American platform at the top due to its breadth and modularity, as well as its pricing and dynamic growth. Right below Optimizely is Adobe, which ACTUM Digital also offers. Gartner praised it for, among other things, its focus on innovation in the DXP world.

Innovation is one of the key elements of a successful DXP, as it is crucial for clients that platforms adapt to current needs and trends. For example, companies increasingly prefer a modular approach to DXP, which allows flexible platform construction from various components.

Equally important is the integration of artificial intelligence, particularly in areas such as content personalization, user behavior analysis, and marketing automation. DXP are also increasingly focusing on the cloud, which offers better scalability, availability, and integration with other cloud services.

Data and analytics remain key, especially the ability to collect, analyze, and utilize customer data to deliver the most relevant digital experiences to users. Last but not least, content personalization ensures that users receive only what truly interests them.
