Senior Consultant - Digital Strategy

About the job: 

As a Senior Consultant in our Digital Strategy team, you will be instrumental in delivering digital transformation projects. You will work directly with clients to understand their strategic objectives, define digital strategies, and design and implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements to understand their digital needs, conduct workshops, and help define digital strategies.
• Design and implement target operating models and architectures, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies..
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business consultants, to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance consulting practices and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement and growth.

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a consulting environment or a related field.
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, architectures, and operating models, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging clients at various levels.
• Experience in leading workshops and consulting sessions, with effective facilitation and presentation skills.
