About the job 

As a Manager - Digital Strategy, you will lead consulting initiatives focused on digital transformation and architecture, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients to define digital strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll mentor team members, stay updated on industry trends, and manage client relationships to drive growth and foster continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of consulting assignments within the digital and architecture domain, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients to define and articulate their digital strategy, facilitating workshops and consulting sessions to gather requirements and identify digital opportunities.
  • Design and implement target operating models and architectures, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies to drive digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business consultants, to ensure a cohesive approach to digital solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into consulting practices and offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities for further engagement and growth

What we expect:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business or technology consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering transformation projects.
  • Understanding of digital technologies, architectures, and operating models, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a consulting and delivery context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and offer solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Experience in leading workshops and consulting sessions, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a commitment to developing others.
