About the job 

A Data Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing data solutions within an organization.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• You'll leverage your extensive experience (10+ years) to design, develop, and optimize data warehouses, ensuring that data is structured and accessible for analysis.
• Creating sophisticated data architectures that can handle large volumes of data and support various business needs. You'll need to integrate multiple data sources and ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• You'll collaborate with other architects to propose data-centric solutions that align with overall business architecture and strategy.
• You will analyze complex datasets and assignments, applying advanced analytical skills to derive insights and guide decision-making.
• A solid understanding of SQL is essential for querying databases and managing data. You may also need familiarity with other languages and tools depending on the tech stack.
• Leading a team may be part of your role, which includes mentoring junior staff, managing workloads, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• You’ll be responsible for initiating projects from the ground up, which includes defining requirements, establishing environments for development and testing, managing version control, and ensuring thorough testing protocols are in place.
• You'll oversee the deployment of solutions, managing the transition from development to live environments, and ensuring that everything functions as intended in a production setting.
• Leverage modern data processing tools and cloud-based platforms, such as MS Fabric, Databricks, and Keboola, to design and implement scalable data architectures that support business growth and operational efficiency.

What we expect:

• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing data warehouses.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data solutions.
• Ability to propose and communicate data-driven solutions in alignment with overall architecture and business strategy.
• Strong analytical experience with handling complex datasets and assignments.
• Advanced technical expertise in SQL.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience in setting up projects from the ground up, including requirement analysis, environment setup, version control, testing, and deployment.
• Extensive experience in deploying solutions to production environments, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Experience with modern data processing platforms and cloud-based solutions, such as MS Fabric, Databricks, and Keboola.
