Division Director - Sitecore

The role centers on driving essential profitability and cultivating sustained growth through the formulation of strategic objectives, effective personnel management, and the execution of core tasks.

• Join a successful and dynamic team that is initiating the implementation of Sitecore and building strong client relationships.
• Be part of preparing the division for the next phase of growth in 2025, including bringing in new clients and projects.
• Contribute to shaping the long-term strategy for the next five years.
• Support and nurture Actum's strategic partnership with Sitecore in DACH (Germany, Switzerland), the UK, and Benelux.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Builds and develops the assigned unit.
• Responsibility for P&L management, business plan, and business strategy.
• Sets standards for outstanding client experience and effective resource management.

• Creates a successful Go-to-Market strategy.
• Sets efficient cooperation with clients to meet their needs.
• Accelerates international expansion by acquiring new clients in entrusted regions.

• Supports team members in their professional growth while encouraging innovation, ambition, and team capability.
• Coaches and mentors subordinates.
• Handles HR-related tasks (hiring, development plans).
• Reports to Managing Partner.
