About the job
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Alliance Manager to join one of our core divisions. This is a commercial support role focused on driving upsell, cross-sell, and joint solution development with our sales and delivery teams. You will serve as the glue between our product/service capabilities and go-to-market efforts — maintaining partner relationships, organizing and attending events, supporting large bids, and helping win new business.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up from a junior sales, presales, or delivery-facing role into a position with real commercial impact and cross-functional exposure.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with our technology partners
- Help sales teams connect with new prospects through partner networks
- Keep track of partner relationships and look for ways to work together more
- Support early-stage deals that involve our partners
- Work with marketing on partnership promotions and events
- Find opportunities to sell more services across different divisions
- Work with delivery teams on proposals and joint solutions
- Keep our CRM updated with partnership and opportunity information
- Gather project stories and case studies for sales and marketing use
What we expect:
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial roles, tech consulting, or digital delivery
- Good at working with different teams and managing relationships with partners
- Familiarity with enterprise software and how vendor partnerships work
- Interested in growing into partnership management and solution sales
- Prefers building relationships over quick transactions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in Czech and English
