Technical Consultant - Digital Strategy

About the job: 

As a Technical Consultant in our Digital Strategy and Architecture team, you will support the design and implementation of innovative digital projects. You will collaborate closely with Consultants, Architects and international clients to translate their business needs into actionable insights and digital initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in workshops, documenting requirements, and contributing to the design and implementation of digital solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise while building relationships with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in client workshops to gather and document technical requirements.
• Collaborate in the development and design of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and technology stack.
• Support the implementation of projects, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Help troubleshoot and solve technical issues during project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, particularly in system integration, business, e-commerce, and digital technologies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

What we expect:

• Strong foundational knowledge in IT consulting, digital technologies, or software development. Lead client engagements to understand their digital needs, conduct workshops, and help define digital strategies.
• Experience or familiarity with gathering requirements through workshops and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of different technology stacks and the ability to learn and recommend solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
• Strong communication skills in both Czech and English.
