Expand your email reach by using CC and BCC options in Send Email action

The Send Email action in Flow Builder now supports a higher recipient limit, increased from 5 to 150. You can now add CC (visible to all) and BCC (hidden from others) recipients for more flexible email communication.

To use this feature → Select Send Email in the Element menu, enable CC and BCC options and add email addresses directly or use a merge field.

This update improves workflow automation, allowing for easier outreach to larger groups.

Get help creating flow formulas with Einstein (Beta)

Building flow formulas is simplified with Einstein Generative AI. Just describe what you want to calculate, and Einstein will suggest the right functions and operators.

This AI-powered tool is available in Flow Formula Builder, but be sure to review and test the formulas it generates for accuracy before activating your flow.

To enable Einstein generative AI, simply turn it on in Setup, then navigate to Process Automation Settings to activate formula creation by Einstein. Once enabled, you can create formulas directly in Formula Builder by describing what you need, and Einstein will generate the corresponding formula. Be sure to use the resource menu to select your resources rather than manually typing them in.
