About the job 

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Strategist to join our team in a senior, client-facing capacity. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth for diverse industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing automation strategies to align with client goals.
  • Design workflows, campaigns, and programs that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze and optimize existing marketing automation processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical solution specialists, to design and implement marketing automation tools and platform-specific strategies (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, Bloomreach, Meiro).
  • Serve as the primary business advisor on marketing automation solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in marketing automation.
  • Develop frameworks for tracking and measuring campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing automation-focused role in a senior or strategic capacity.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms, including their application in business contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, including the ability to present ideas, negotiate, and build trust.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing automation-focused role, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic capacity.
  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, Bloomreach, Meiro) are a plus but not required.
