About the job
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team to drive our customer base in DACH region, Benelux and USA. This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated IT and sales enthusiast who already has good sales experience either in customer acquisition or account management.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Generating new business (direct B2B sales).
- Discover, research and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, emails and cold-calling.
- You will focus on creating market share by selling digital transformation projects to customers in international markets.
- Establishing call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients and existing clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Effectively managing client expectations.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of approved products and services.
- Keeping our CRM system updated.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and Actum features and service information. Collaborate in a team environment with the Sales team, and partner with Presales Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, Customer Success, Product, etc.
What we expect:
- Advanced Czech and English language skills, German is a huge plus.
- Experience in sales (IT sales is an advantage).
