Business Intelligence Consultant

About the job 

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you’ll work on diverse data analytics projects, primarily focusing on designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports. Your main responsibility will be data visualization and storytelling, but you’ll also engage in areas like data analytics, governance, and change management. You’ll work closely with clients to tackle real business challenges by leveraging data for smarter decision-making. What will be your key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Design and develop engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker or other platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Extract, analyze, and transform data using SQL and other relevant tools.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to bridge the gap between business and data.
• Implement best practices in Business Intelligence.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in BI and analytics.

What we expect:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Experience with data analytics or consulting projects (advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• University degree (higher education completed).
• Fluent Czech and English (German is an advantage).
• Willingness and interest in keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
