About the job
As a CX Strategy Consultant, you will be working on day-to-day and long-term planning and thinking on our key projects. You will own the customer and user journey across the full marketing spectrum on behalf of clients, using research and data insights to drive business effectiveness.
As the first point of contact, you will oversee the creation of the customer experience strategy across all digital environments, experiences, and loyalty journeys. Your goal is to produce the highest quality solutions that deliver brand value and business growth for our clients.
- Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies
- Prepare and facilitate CX workshops
- Define, explore, track and optimize interactions between a customer and the organization throughout the customer lifecycle
- Build customer journeys and personas based on researched data and establish the best overall customer experience
What we expect:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital agencies as a CX, UX, Data, or CRM planner or in digital product development as a Product, Customer, or Loyalty Manager
- Experience in using marketing automation platforms, and CRM
- Experience in preparing and facilitating CX workshops
- Hands-on experience with experience mapping, defining what and how organizations need to change to be more effective
- Track record of successfully delivering strategic work for clients with demonstrated results and effectiveness
- A deep understanding of CX tools, CX metrics, and analytics platforms
- Strong skills in leading customer research and data mining research analysis
