About the job 

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask. Fluency in Czech (native), English, and German is essential for effective communication with international teams and customers.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Organize and manage events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Assist in creating and localizing marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data, leads, and sales activities.
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in Czech, English, and German.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Assist with processing timesheets, invoices, and other administrative documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage internal documentation and correspondence related to sales and marketing activities.

What we expect:

  • Native Czech speaker, with fluent English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
